Order Status: 

You may check the status of your order at any time. Please call the store location or by email the location at columbia@towncountryfeed.com, laurel@towncountryfeed.com or collins@towncountryfeed.com.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order 2 hours prior to pick up.  Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance.  Some custom or special orders may be non-cancelable or incur restocking fees of 25%, depending on source.

Return & Refund Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing a like-new condition and proof of purchase. You must return it to the location of purchase.

Non-returnable Items consist of custom or special- order products.

Pet Food and similar products are not returnable after 10 days of purchase unless the manufacturer date is over 90 days at the time of purchase.

Payment:

The following credit cards are accepted online:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover

If you have a house charge account with Town and Country Feed Store, online payments can be made if you ask for access to our Customer Portal.  

Pickup:

For pickup at Town and Country Feed Store. We will send an email response when the order is ready for pickup.  When you arrive, please call the location number and let us know you are here.

Shipping:

Town and Country Feed Store is not currently shipping items.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to Town and Country Feed Store.  You may visit our website anonymously.  We collect information from you only when you register on the site, place an order, sign up, fill out a form, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in other site features.  When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.  We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.  Credit card information is processed by a third-party processor.

We may use the information we collect to personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested, to allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests, to quickly process your transactions, and to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.

The privacy policy will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.  We reserve the right to update or change our policy at any time and the policy should be reviewed periodically.  Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications to the policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the privacy policy.
